Our Quality Management Systems have been independently assessed by BVQI to ensure that we operate in an effective and efficient way. We continually strive to improve our quality management systems in order to benefit our customers.
Our Environmental Management Systems have been independently assessed to ensure that we operate in an effective, efficient and environmentally responsible way.
Our Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems have been independently assessed to ensure that we operate in a safe, effective and compliant way.
BSIF Member
Supertouch undertakes to supply only safety equipment and related services that fully comply with the relevant standards, regulations and claims made relating to those products and services. Where appropriate, Supertouch will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied upon request.
Where products are sourced from external organisations which hold technical files relating to the products being offered, Supertouch will request confirmation that these files are current, complete and contain appropriate conformity assessment information. Where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates will also be requested and Supertouch will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity of the compliance documentation held by that external supplier.
Where services are provided relating to safety equipment sourced from external organisations, Supertouch will maintain approval from the manufacturer to confirm that the services provided are assessed and approved by the external organisation.
